Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard rate shipping of £3.95 to anywhere in the UK except Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. Please contact us to discuss shipping rates to these regions. For a limited period, we are offering free shipping, excluding the areas listed above, for orders over £30.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days and will provide tracking information when your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping as standard. If you are interested in purchasing Tipsy Tea from outside the UK, please contact us at info@tipsytea.co.uk
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tipsytea.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
